Anti Slavery Statement
ALLRES Modern Slavery Policy – 2025
ALLRES has a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of modern slavery, including servitude, human trafficking, and forced labour. We are committed to acting ethically, with transparency and integrity in all areas of our business and supply chain. We implement robust systems to help prevent and detect any risks related to modern slavery and uphold the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Our Commitment
We are dedicated to:
- Operating in a responsible and ethical manner.
- Implementing safeguards to prevent modern slavery within our business and suppliers.
- Promoting transparency and accountability at every level.
Our Policies
We have internal policies and procedures in place that align with our commitment to eradicating modern slavery:
Recruitment
We operate a strict recruitment process, including verifying all employees’ rights to work in the UK, to prevent forced or illegal labour.
Whistleblowing
Our whistleblowing procedures provide a secure channel for staff to report concerns, including potential modern slavery, without fear of retaliation.
Health and Safety
We maintain high health and safety standards and expect our suppliers to do the same, ensuring all working environments are lawful and safe.
Our Supply Chain
ALLRES is a modern property management and technology-enabled business that partners with clients and suppliers across the UK. Our workforce is highly skilled, given the compliance, governance, and technical nature of our services. Our supply chain is relatively small and strategic, consisting primarily of suppliers in areas such as building maintenance, health and safety compliance, IT systems, software, professional services, and communications.
We have carried out a proportionate risk assessment in line with the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Due to the nature of our operations and the qualification levels required of our team and suppliers, we consider the risk of modern slavery or human trafficking within our business and direct supply chain to be low. Nonetheless, we remain vigilant and committed to ongoing due diligence and responsible procurement practices.
Due Diligence
We undertake assessments of our Tier 1 suppliers and regularly review policies to ensure suppliers meet our expectations in eradicating modern slavery.
Audits and Risk Management
Our procurement team conducts audits and monitors the supply chain for areas of potential risk. If any issues are found, we work with suppliers to develop and implement corrective actions.
Training and Awareness
We provide ongoing internal training and work with our suppliers to raise awareness of modern slavery, ensuring staff and partners understand how to identify and report concerns.
Measuring Effectiveness
We are committed to:
- Continuously assessing and reviewing exposure to slavery and trafficking risks across ALLRES’ supply chain and taking the necessary steps to mitigate any risks identified.
- Annually publishing progress and developments within the Group’s practices in relation to the objectives of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and was approved by the Board of Directors of ALLRES.
