PLANNED MAINTENANCE - Schedule and oversee statutory maintenance, instruct suppliers, review service reports, coordinate and verify remedial works, and maintain compliance records.

GOVERNANCE - Manage and schedule director and annual general meetings, take minutes, ensure quorum for approvals above budget thresholds, and oversee day-to-day management and payroll for on-site STEM employee.
INVOICING - Supplier invoices are uploaded or submitted to the ALLRES platform, processed and coded using RICS classifications, reviewed for completion, and paid from the development bank account per supplier terms.

INSPECTIONS AND SURVEYS - Conduct initial comprehensive site surveys, develop and maintain long-term lifecycle and maintenance plans, and perform routine safety and compliance inspections by qualified surveyors.

LIFECYCLE AND PROJECT WORKS - Manage Section 20 consultations, develop project briefs, specifications, and tenders, conduct supplier tender exercises, oversee lifecycle and project work accounting, and supervise project execution (additional fees may apply for management).
