Switching to us is simple, seamless and risk-free. We take care of everything.

Moving to ALLRES is simple. Once we've agreed a date the management will transfer to us, all you need to do is tell your existing manager that you're moving to ALLRES and the date of the transfer. We'll take care of the rest.

Our transition plan

We'll contact your current manager to arrange the transfer and start preparing for the move. In most cases, you'll need to provide at least three months' notice to your current provider.
In the three months between serving notice and transferring to us, we'll implement our comprehensive transition plan to make sure nothing is missed, and the transfer is seamless.
We'll provide a weekly update to Directors, highlighting progress and anything you need to be aware of.

Getting ready for day one

We tailor our transition plan for each development, but things we'll do every time include:
Contacting all your existing suppliers to transfer the management and invoicing from day one, making sure there is no interruption in service.
Tendering for new suppliers to replace existing ones who aren't performing.
Agree arrangements for the transfer of service charge funds held by your current manager to your new bank account.
Developing a budget for your site for the coming year for approval by Directors.
Preparing the first service charge demand of the new budget.
Communicating with all leaseholders and residents, explaining the transition and who to contact from day one.

Comprehensive technical and commercial survey

As part of the transition plan, we carry out a comprehensive survey of your development using a team of experienced and qualified surveyors.
The survey enables us to fully understand your development, prepare a planned maintenance plan that will ensure all statutory requirements are met and develop a long-term plan for future works.
Our survey team can also focus on ongoing problems you might be experiencing at your development, getting to the root cause of things and identifying solutions. Our surveys have helped leaseholders to get long-standing defects repaired by the landlord or recovered through warranties.
