An introduction from our Co-Founder

I've spent my whole career looking after other people's buildings in one way or another.
In 2012 my wife and I bought a lovely new flat in a quiet square in London.
Because I was used to looking after other people's buildings, I volunteered to become a Director of the Resident Management Company for the development. The block is managed by one of the largest property managers in the country. They let the owners and Directors down more times than not. I was never quite sure what they did for their money and their approach to safety left me very concerned.
So one day, I decided to look at the market to find another property manager who was loved by their customers, looked after their money and kept them safe. But….
I couldn't find any.
Because of that, I decided to pull together a team of people that I knew, liked, and trusted. We started by carrying out a survey and aimed to build a long-term plan for the building.
Because of that, we found some truly shocking situations, some of which the current property manager had known about for a long time but had done nothing to fix.
In the end, we fixed the problems and then decided that there was an opportunity to work with some great people to build a great business which cared for people's buildings as much as their owners do.
That business is ALLRES.
